The hotel has a great location and is near public transportation. The staff was kind and offered us a complimentary breakfast. The rooms were clean and tidy.
The hotel staff lacked training and was unfriendly. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and had bugs.

The hotel is ideally situated being close to both the metro and bus stations making it very easy to access public transport. the staff are polite and accommodating. the room we stayed in was fairly clean and the wifi worked fairly well.
The bathroom was in bad condition and lacked hygiene standards.

Great Stay with Local Flavors the hotel we stayed in was convenient for our city trip needs. It was within walking distance to the public transportation system and we were able to explore the city with ease. the food offered in the hotel was absolutely amazing. Each dish had a unique flavor and we enjoyed trying out the local cuisine.

Great location opposite CMBT and near Omni Bus Stand. Proximity to main bus station for easy travel to Puducherry. Good WiFi in the room.
